Knoxville feels and protests for the injustice in Minneapolis

Knoxville, Tenn. — Downtown stopped its sleepy mood tonight while a moving two-block-in-length of peaceful though determined marchers chanted, “I can’t breath” and “No justice, no peace” approached the police station on Howard Baker Jr. Ave. in solidarity to the plea and demand for justice in the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis.

The marchers ‘determination to the cause of justice could be clearly read in their eyes as they passed by me wearing protective masks and showing signs expressing “Black lives matter”, “I can’t breath”, ” Am I next”.
