NASHVILLE, Tenn.–Two young men who decided to burglarize a home in the 1300 block of Grand Avenue on the night of July 20th thought they were covering their tracks by stealing the surveillance cameras inside the residence. Little did they know that the video and sound recorded by the cameras had been downloaded and preserved.
The burglary occurred at 7:50 p.m. on July 20th while the homeowner was out of the country. The thieves, who appear to be in their teens to early 20s, went through the residence stealing computer equipment, money, beer and a lawnmower. They tried to rip a flat screen television off the wall but were unsuccessful.
