ROO Ride Offers Bicyclists Chance to Ride to Manchester and Camp Near Bonnaroo Festival Grounds

The first 25 entrants are automatically entered to win a $100 gift certificate to Billy Reid!

Nashville, TN – ROO Ride is the chance for biking enthusiasts to enjoy a beautiful, 60-mile ride from Smyrna to Manchester. Proceeds benefit local charities and participants have the opportunity to camp near the Bonnaroo festival grounds. 

The organized ride includes two fully-loaded support stations, lunch, dinner, a specially-brewed ROO brew and an optional shower. It concludes at 1.5 acres of beautiful property that is less than a two-mile walk from the festival grounds. 

“The combination of great sponsors and enthusiastic riders coming together to promote green efforts throughout the state will make for a fun, sustainable event,” says cofounder Greta Springer. “This ride is a great way to check out the Bonnaroo scene, completely avoid the traffic and do something good for our community.”  

Ride Details: Ride starts in Smyrna on Saturday, June 11, 9:30 a.m. Registration at 9:00 a.m. Three options for return trip: 1) Return by SAG on Saturday night around 7:00 p.m., 2) Return by SAG wagon on Sunday morning around 10:00 a.m. or 3) Return by bike. Register online at
